• 3-5 years of recent experience in Consumer Debt Recovery, credit and collections management

• 1st & 3rd level collections

• Subprime & prime markets

• Typical client database would consist of banks, insurance companies & 3rd party collections agencies

Essential criteria
• Substantial experience in selling professional services and a track record of closing deals in excess of £1m

• High level decision making and negotiation

• Target driven

• Excellent presentation and communication skills (required to pitch to senior members of staff)
