• Managing projects from £200k to £4m

• Plan, manage and deliver projects effectively within time and budget constraints

Skills and Experience required / preferred:
• Strong communication skills – internal and client facing

• Sound management skills

• Good construction background

• Knowledge of building regulations

• Knowledge of Building Contracts

• Financial awareness

• Computer literate – confident using email, the internet, basic word and excel

• Organised – able to manage multiple task

• A solutions focussed outlook
