Our Client is a Recruitment Consultancy based in Watford specialising in the recruitment and placement of healthcare professionals. They specifically work in line with a programme which enables UK and other foreign and nationally qualified nurses to relocate temporarily or permanently in the US. The company is looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their team.

Main duties are:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle – advertising, sourcing candidates, interviewing, and providing feedback to all candidates
• Deal with all recruitment enquiries from Nurses e.g. hospital relocation packages and the NCLEX programme (nursing exam taken in order to work in the US)
• Liaise with hospital managers to discuss potential candidates
• Run the NCLEX programme – send out exam application forms, check nurses status online and liaising with the US board.
• Manage the database of nurses
• Attend all recruitment events in London
• General office duties

The ideal candidate should be well presented and have excellent telephone manner and communication skills and be computer literate (Excel, Outlook).

Logistics:

• Salary up to £25,000 per annum
• 9am – 5pm (flexibility required)
• 25 days holiday
• Car driver
