CALLING ALL EXPERIENCED TRAINERS!

Our client is a leading global outsourcing service provider. Due to business expansion at their Hartlepool branch, they are in need of an experienced Trainer and Coach to work within their busy contact centre.

Key responsibilities are:-
• Sales and Customer training
• Assistance in the development and introduction of modular intermediate and advanced sales training programme
• Work with operations and recruitment to implement joint initiatives with local College and Authorities to implement skills training
• Identifying training needs and developing the skills of staff.

You will have/posses/be the following:
• Experienced Sales trainer.
• Experience in coaching and developing contact centre advisors
• Have experience in selling to and advising customers
• Excellent presentation and organization skills
• Creative and innovative and motivated
• GCSE passes (A-C) English and Maths or equivalent

Logistics
• Salary negotiable
• 20 days plus bank holidays
• Monday – Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
