Our client is looking for an experienced project manager to manage shop fitting projects at various locations.

Applicants must posses the following:

A strong working knowledge of all trades.

Direct experience in fast track shopfitting.

Have strong leadership and managerial qualities.

Be confident in dealing with sub-contractors, designers and clients.

Posses strong IT skills and have experience in drafting specs, producing Risk and Method Statements and have the ability to draft an accurate programme of works.

Be able to read working drawings, carry out take offs and set up all trades on site, based on information from working drawings.

Be capable of chairing site meetings and taking meeting minutes to be formally drafted and issued when back in the office.

The role will be split around 60/40% working on site and working in the office.
