The role will see the right person reporting to the Technical Director and:
*managing and leading a team of skilled developers on a daily basis, as well as typical Line Management duties (appraisals etc).
*organising and reorganising resources for the successful technical delivery of a project.
*be on hand to help support the development team.
*posses the skills to interpret information at pre-proposal phase and possibly present their findings to clients.
*enjoy being customer facing
*above all ensure everything is delivered on time to the right technical specification!

Technical Requirements:
• Commercial experience in Web Application development and / or software development is essential.
• Experience of managing object oriented programming / modular programming is essential.
• Experience of LAMP and Java essential; additional experience of MS technologies is desirable. Technical knowledge
of database technologies is also required.
• Experience of the full software development lifecycle; from business / systems analysis, through requirements
gathering and functional specification authoring, to development, QA and delivery is essential.
• Experience of resource management
